Debora found sewing almost by chance, after years in a job that felt switched off. Her lingerie started as something to share with friends, not to please anyone.

“Delicate, not fragile.” Her pieces don't ask you to hide, so the identity holds soft and strong together. The contrast lives in the colours: powder pink, sage green and deep brown. The handwritten logo keeps the human touch of pieces made slowly, by hand.

Valentina makes chokers from trimmings. For her, every piece is a story of women weaving into each other.

I wrote the logo by hand on iPad and only then turned it into vectors, so it keeps the marks of a hand at work. The rabbit with a bow around its neck is the choker turned into a character. The packaging makes the unboxing feel as handmade as the jewellery.

A workwear brand born between office culture and streetwear, for a new generation of creatives. Keywords: tailored, sharp, ironic, modern.

The brand lives between rules and rebellion, so the system does too. I picked a brighter blue than classic tailoring navy: Clock-in Blue and Clock-out Cream. A rounded typeface keeps it human; Neue Haas Grotesk brings the precision of a good cut. The logo is an 8 that is also an hourglass: the moment you leave the office.

An inclusive surf community for people who have never stood on a board. Keywords: adventure, modern, connection.

Most surf brands talk to experts. This one talks to beginners, with an irreverent voice and a simple belief: “Stoke is contagious.” The posters borrow from vintage surf culture (duotone, checkerboard, halftone), while the colours are made for first-timers: Kelp Green, Board Wax, Rookie Blue.

3 Noci is a plant-based milk I drink every morning. I liked what was inside the carton, not the carton itself, so I redesigned it.

A plant-based milk, illustrated with cows. The irony is the point: the cows are the ones who don't need to be involved anymore, and they look quite happy about it. The joke makes the carton stand out on a shelf full of green leaves and nuts, and it tells you what's inside without saying it.

Nest builds processes, systems and AI automations for companies: an operations team without hiring one. The brand needed to feel as clear and solid as the work.

The logo is a nest, but built with geometry instead of twigs. A real nest is a structure made piece by piece, where every element holds the others. That's exactly what Nest does for a company, so the mark brings you straight to the idea of structure.

Food as a letter from Venezuela. Everything is built around the postage stamp: the menu is a postcard, the loyalty card collects stamps like mail. The name means “little by little”, the same way you fill a card or find your way back home.

The cream has a light texture that leaves skin soft and full, like the skin of a ripe peach. The whole line grows from that peach: the name (the moment peaches are ready), the warm colours (dusty rose, coral, ivory, terracotta) and the soft, round feeling of the packaging.

AiDA answers hotel calls, emails and WhatsApp messages in seconds, in 25 languages, day and night. It was born at real hotel front desks, but the old site looked like any other AI tool.

Hotels don't buy technology, they buy calm: no missed calls, no guest left waiting. So the brand speaks hospitality first and tech second, warm like a good receptionist, not cold like a server room.

AgentEra builds AI agents that take care of repetitive work in sales, marketing and operations. But when people hear “AI agents”, many think of jobs being taken away. The brand needed to say the opposite.

These agents are digital colleagues, not replacements. In the hero, scattered particles slowly come together into two hands reaching for each other: one human, one digital. Every detail follows the same idea: you don't “buy” an agent, you hire one, and the headline says your team grows instead of getting smaller.
